Receta: gelatina de café

Un chute rápido de energía antes de ir al gym: café con cacao desgrasado y agar-agar.

Sólo hay que hervir el café con agar-agar (1/2 litro por cada cucharadita de agar-agar), agregar cacao desgrasado, edulcorante y dejar enfriar en moldes.
